After consultation with the Area Coordinator and taking account of the impact of the fires in the vicinity of the Bunyip Ridge fire, along with the expected weather next week.

The VRAP has postponed the running of the 2009 George Woods Novice Trial for suitable date later in the year.

At this moment the organisers of the George Woods are in negotiation to run with the HRA\'s Gil Davis Memorial in May. That will be confirmed shortly.

We are sure all competitors will understand the reasoning behind this decision and will support the event when it runs.

The VRAP will continue to monitor the situation in that area in regards to the Cerberus Stages and consult with the Area Coordinator and Event Organisers over the next few weeks in regards to that event running.

The VRAP will be also taking advice from Area Coordinators in regards to Rallies running in other forest areas in the next few weeks.
